Your Solution For
Stuck Clients
You've pointed them to the garage; I'm the one who empties it.
Your seller knows what needs to go. Knowing and doing are two different things, and the second one is mine to take care of, not yours.

1
First impressions, how a buyer experiences the home before they're even inside
2
Scale, placement, whether pieces help or hurt the space
3
What's distracting from the home's best features
4
Dated elements, decor opportunities, what needs updating
5
How each room will actually translate in listing photos

If you're not sure how to bring it up, here's language that works:
"I work with a professional organizer who doesn't just tell you what needs to happen, she does it with you. You already know the house needs work before we list, she's who makes it actually happen instead of sitting on your to-do list."
Every job starts the same way: I walk the space with your client and we figure out together what's staying, what's going, and what the house needs to say to a buyer. From there, most clients want one of two things.
Both options end the same way: a home that's ready for photos and showings, and a client who didn't have to face it alone.

Or text or email me directly, I'll take it from there.
